Become an Independent Seller Outreach Representative

Our Independent Seller Outreach Representatives are given name and address information of potential sellers and access to our route-optimizing app to meet with sellers physically and make an introduction for Good Land Home Buyers in person. Reps connect with 50-100 sellers per week and relay crucial information back to the company, such as seller contact information, why they want to sell, and when they need to sell by. Reps are not required to “hard sell” – or even to sell at all – you’re just asking if sellers want to sell to us! Past experience in customer service or hospitality is appreciated, but no experience is necessary. Successful reps are outgoing, charismatic people that love to interact with new people.

The work is much like driving for uber – you have the freedom to decide when you want to make money PLUS you’ll gain valuable experience in real estate, help people solve problems, AND the role pays bonuses of up to $6000 PER MONTH to successful reps, as well as driving cost reimbursement. Access to a reliable car and cell phone are required for the role as well as business casual dress. Successful Seller Outreach Reps work at least 15-25 hours per week during afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
